Eason Chan, you're so great!

Just finished watching Eason Chan's Duo concert last Saturday, it was a fantastic one!


We worried that we can't get our way there, departed at around 5:45pm from One Utama, and surprisingly, we reached there at around 6pm! That was fast!

Hmm.. due to "kiasu" attack, we went there straight away, without dropping by elsewhere to eat something. Thank God, there were many snacks selling right outside of the stadium. Since we reached there 2 hours ahead of time, we took our own sweet time to enjoy our food there, and we went in at around 7pm.

As we bought the free seating area, most of the seats(especially with nice angle) had been taken by then. (apparently, many people are more "kiasu" than us! hahaha!) After searching for awhile, Meng managed to find an empty row for us, and with nice view as well! Good one! Thank God!

Overall, we had a great time there, Eason Chan's singing is no doubt the best! He sang a lot of my favorite songs.. so enjoyable! The ambiance on that night was great as well. Everyone seemed enjoying the show all the time!

After the concert, we had our small party at home, by eating steamboat in the middle of the night! That was a tired day, but enjoyable!

煎。煮。烹。炸。Let's cook!

I love cooking all these while, but don't really have good chance to try out some easy (or not-so-easy) dishes, because I have a good cook at home - which is my mummy! It has been more than a year since I moved to KL, I missed my mummy's cooking so much!

After having my own small family in my small and cozy home, I tend to stay at home as much as possible, and I also got the chance to cook more often that before :)

Those are some of the creations that I did for the past 1-2 months :) hope that the compilation will grow, and I can learn more and more nice dishes from my beloved mummy~ Luckily I did learn some dishes from her before I moved (and maybe I am kind of talented too? hehehehehe^^)

Perth~

I went to Perth in May 2010. I know it was quite some time already, but I still kinda miss the moments there.. I miss the fresh oysters that we had, the chilling weather, the nice sceneries, almost everything there! Most people would say: "Perth is such a boring place! If you go to Australia, never choose Perth!" I doubt that is right. Maybe I had never been to any other states of Australia, but as a first time visit, Perth is definitely a nice place to go! Of course, if you prefer city tour then Perth may not be "city" enough for you, but if you are looking for a relax trip and you had never been to Perth, it is definitely a good choice!

I had a wonderful time there with my sister Nicole, and also her friends, Calvin with his house mates. We're so blessed to have them around during our time in Perth, to make our trip filled with joy and memorable moments! I was very excited to meet up with an old college friend of mine, Carol, who moved to Perth eversince we graduated!

We were there for 6 full days, but I think it was too short! We've only visited the highlights of Perth, so we've missed out a lot of places that need longer journey from Perth. We are wanting for more!! Perth, I definitely will be coming back again, and most probably in May as well, because the weather is just nice! ^^

Coming Soon~ Eason Chan Duo Concert in Malaysia... Counting down in 3 days' time..!!

It had been quite awhile since the last time I went to any concert in town.. the last one I went was in Genting Highlands - Khalil Fong's concert.. that was a nice one too~ ^^

This is the 2nd time I support Eason Chan for his concerts in Malaysia. I can never forget how closely I missed his concert in Macau! I always wanted to attend a concert in overseas. and experience their ambience (I believe it is totally different with those in Malaysia!) Can you imagine, his Duo Concert Macau last year fell on the day I depart from Macau back to Malaysia!! I was so tempted to change my air ticket to a day after the concert despite the extra cost is going to be added! Too bad, when I decided to do that, the ticket for his concert had sold out :(
But this is better if we think another way round, because that saved me lots of money haha~

So, for this round, I told myself that I must not miss this! I went to buy his ticket during the pre-sale period :)



Pray for smooth traffic, good weather on 6th August 2011!! I am sure everyone that is going to be there hope to enjoy the show to the max, and same goes to Eason! Lord, please provide good weather, please please... ~_~

p/s: there is another concert that I told myself that I cannot miss it, but I am going to miss it this round again! That is JACKY CHEUNG's CONCERT! :( Jacky, please come again next year ok? I want to see you la~ :P:P

Yay! The long-waited Eason Chan Duo concert is finally here! Counting down, another 13 days to go.. woohoo!

Sammi~

I went for Sammi's concert last weekend, and it was wonderful. I love her new songs in her gospel album very much. I am amazed by how God changed her, brought her out from depression, and made her into the Sammi Cheng now. Her performance was marvelous, and I hope that through her, there will be more and more people accept Jesus as their personal Lord and saviour...

Footprints

I knew about this passage quite long time ago, and I feel like sharing it today. It is very motivating for me, and we must know that God will never leave us no matter how bad our lives can be, God is always with us! Therefore, don't give up!

"One night a man had a dream.

He dreamed He was walking along the beach with the LORD.

Across the sky flashed scenes from His life.

For each scene He noticed two sets of footprints in the sand.

One belonging to Him and the other to the LORD.

When the last scene of His life flashed before Him,

he looked back at the footprints in the sand.

He noticed that many times along the path of His life

there was only one set of footprints.

He also noticed that it happened at the very

lowest and saddest times of His life.

This really bothered Him and

He questioned the LORD about it.

Baptism - Christmas Day 2009

Christmas day 2009 was my big day - the day that I reborn in Christ. The old me has died with Christ, and I am living a new life now! Praise the Lord!

Pantai Kerachut - 27th November 2009

Pantai Kerachut trip? Claire Wang joined? When my friends heard of this, all of them are having the same expression, which is "unbelievable"! People who knows me will never thought that I would join such outing, but indeed, I joined, and we went in through the jungle, not by boat OK! :P

The journey was not as bad as I thought, and I went there with a pair of Crocs slippers only! I was lucky enough for not slipped down the hill! However, there was a candid shot taken by Derrick, which I looked extremely unhappy and seems very torturing!

hahaha! it is not as torturing as what I looked like in the picture ok.. the true story is: "wei, don't take picture at this point of time la.. help me to go down faster!!"

After all, feeling good after sweating a bit.. I agree that we need exercise from time to time :)

My Interest?

Feel that I should spend more time on my interest rather than wasting my time fooling around.. but what is my real interest? In a blink of an eye, I can already think of a few.. Singing? Playing piano? Photo shooting? Foreign language? Which one should I choose? I can't be learning all of them at the same time.. God.. Please help me to choose the best one.. Can't wait to get it started..

So, which one? :)

Trip to KL - visiting sis

I spent the last weekend with my sisters in KL. It has been awhile since the last time we meet up. Seriously, I do not know how to describe the feeling, but it was good. Probably pictures can help me with the description :)

Weekend..!!

Today's Wednesday, and I'm gladly to say that Derrick is still in Penang.. I really hope that he does not need to go Thailand.. Seeing the H1N1 cases increasing in Malaysia, I can't imagine how serious it is now in Thailand.. If Derrick needs to go Thailand, that will really cause me worry to the max! God, hope that You heard my prayer... :)

This week is kinda short for me, as I will be having a long weekend! As my sister, Debbie, needs my help on some work, instead of travelling down to KL on Friday, we will depart earlier, which is travelling down on Thursday afternoon instead. Which means, I will just need to work for another half day to call it a week! Hahaha.. Although I'm busy with the work that she got me into, but I'm excited and happy as it is what I'm interested in :) I really hope that our plan can run smoothly and everything get started very very soon! You may be wondering, "what plan do you guys have?" Well, I choose not to reveal it now :) Let's wait until everything is stabilized before announcing it ok? Friends, need your help to pray hard for me so that what I'm working on now will bring success!

As I won't be around during the weekend, Derrick, you must take good care of Rudolph ok? I will miss both of you! :)

平淡的星期五

看了姐姐和朋友的部落格，才发觉我从来都没写中文部落格。所以呢，今天我拼了！就试试看用中文咯！哈哈 ！

今天，又是一个平平淡淡的星期五。从上班到午休，然后从午休到放工，都和平常都没什么两样。但是呢，临放工前受到了一个消息，就是我亲爱的必须要到泰国去工作三四天！而且我会在星期五启程到吉隆坡去探望我的二姐，好久没得见到他，我真的很不放心哦！尤其是现在这A型流感那么严重，到现在为止我还是放不下心来。可是我明白如果公司安排的，没什么可以说的，就唯有服从咯！但是我还是很希望他可以不用去，所以我唯一可以做的就是祈求上帝最完美的安排咯！

亲爱的，答应我，你要好好照顾自己，别让我担心，好吗？我即将要整个星期没得见到你，我会想念你的，你也要想念我哦！

August!

August.. it's my month.. birthday is coming, but I don't feel anything so excited about my birthday. However, there's something that I'm looking forward to in this month, which is my trip going to KL with my dearest sister Nicole, to visit my another dearest sister, Debbie :) It's been a very very long time since the last time we travel together, only 2 of us, no one else! Another 8 days from now, I will be travelling with her already!

Another excited part is meeting up my niece and nephew. Both of them are super cutie, and I miss them soooo much! Can't wait to see them, play with them, especially my little nephew that is started to talk recently!

Friday :)

Yay.. finally our long-waited Friday is here! Today was quite busy at work, so time flied super fast! After finished work, I had dinner with a best friend of mine, Tina and of course, with her beloved and Derrick as well :P We went to a very unique and classic restaurant in town, Edelweiss. If you would like to see the food and environment pictures, you can have a look here. That was quite long time since our last meeting back in June. We chatted about our incoming trip, interest in toys and of course some happenings around us recently. We had an enjoyable dinner. Derrick and Henry are always complaining that me and Tina can never stop talking once we sit down till the moment we leave. Haha.. what to do, we are really having that many things to talk about! :P

High School Musical 3: Senior Year

Haha.. I bet a few of you that know me well sure'll be wondering over there "What Claire wants to talk about this movie? This does not look like a movie that she'll ever watch at all!" Yes, all of you are right, this kind of movie is meant for teenagers isn't it? It is way too far from my usual taste.. I wouldn't have watch it at all! But.. there is always a "but" to make unexpected things happen... My sister (elder sister) was the one that bought this movie and introduced it to me. If it wasn't her, I will never find out the songs in this movie were sooooooooooo nice! The song that I've attached is one of the nice songs in this movie.. So my dear friends, watch this movie, it is not as childish as we think, and the songs are really really nice! Trust me! :)
